The City of Boston provides multiple ways to provide testimony on appeals before the Board of Appeal. Testimony can be provided in advance of the hearing via email, phone, mail, or using this form. At the hearing, participants can provide testimony in support of or opposition to an appeal. In order to do so, please use this form to indicate your interest to provide live or written testimony. During the hearing, the Board will call upon as many persons interested in speaking as possible, however, testimony may be limited by the Chair due to time constraints. Participants may also indicate interest to speak during the hearing using the chat and "raise hand" functionalities of the virtual event platform WebEx Events.
