Mosaic is drop-in program for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous & People of Colour) youth (ages 16-29) to gather, celebrate, and share our journeys. Created by and for BIPOC folks, Mosaic is a community-driven, mental health-focused space. We will explore themes such as self-love, identity, vulnerability and growth. We honor individual journeys and cultivate a supportive environment where voices are heard and stories are valued. Whether you’re seeking solidarity, resources, or simply a place to belong, join us as we navigate life’s mosaic of experiences together.
This group will be running for 6 Weeks on Thursdays from 4:00pm-6:00pm, on the following dates:
November 7th, 2024.
November 14th, 2024.
November 21st, 2024.
November 28th, 2024.
December 5th, 2024.
December 12th, 2024.
Important: This is a drop-in group that will take a maximum of 12 participants each session, on a first come, first serve basis. Once registered, weekly themes will be emailed to prior, with relevant session information.
