Please complete and submit the following information to be considered for acceptance into the Reiki Mentorship Program at Wellness in Harmony.

The purpose of this application is to give us some background information about your Reiki practice and experience, as well as your goals for expanding your Reiki experience. There are no wrong answers. If you have only recently begun your training and are just getting started or have not yet had a lot of hands on experience, that is fine. You can still be a candidate for Reiki mentorship if you are committed to deepening your Reiki practice going forward.
