Who: 6-12 Educators, all content areas. PK-5 educators are welcome to attend as Project WILD and Aquatic WILD materials include elementary level activities, however the lessons demonstrated during the workshop content will highlight middle and high school level activities.

Cost: $50.00 (non-refundable) for the first 20 educators. We have funding provided by the Department of Natural Resources to provide 50% off registration for up to 20 educators. Registration beyond the first 20 is $100.
This workshop (a $120 value) includes: Project WILD Curriculum and Activity Guide, Aquatic WILD Curriculum and Activity Guide, lunch, and a plethora of resources for you and your students
Participants will learn to:
- identify and describe ways that Project WILD and Aquatic WILD activities may be used to address content standards at your grade level and within your content area;
- identify and adapt activities from the guides for meaningful inquiry-based, place-based learning;
- network with regional environmental organizations that support schools and educators; and
- develop a plan for implementing Project WILD and Aquatic WILD for increased environmental literacy.
Significant portions of the day will be spent outdoors. Footwear and attire should be selected for comfort and moderate activity. More specific details (including maps, parking, agenda, etc.) will be provided to registrants.
