2020 NMF Artisan/Retail Vendor Application
Please make sure all information is up to date so that we can send promotional materials, if you are accepted. You will be notified of acceptance immediately after committee review of your work. Deadline for applications is March 30, 2020 - no applications will be accepted after that date.

*Accepted artisan vendors will pay $125 for each 10 x 10 booth space plus a 5% commission from sales over $500. Each booth (regardless of size) will be provided with one camping space within the designated vendor's area or general camping. SEND NO MONEY NOW!!!! If accepted, you will pay the $125 after you are notified on or before April 13, 2020 - the 5% commission will be paid at the end of the festival.

*Accepted retail vendors will pay $175 for each 10 x 10 booth space plus a 5% commission from sales over $500. Each booth (regardless of size) will be provided with one camping space within the designated vendor's area or general camping. SEND NO MONEY NOW!!! If accepted, you will pay after you are notified on or before April 13, 2020 - the 5% commission will be paid at the end of the festival. *NOTE: Retail vendors will be placed in a separate area from the artisan vendors. The area is adjacent to the Boxcar stage.

* Each accepted vendor is expected to have liability insurance during the festival. Those without will not be able to set up. If accepted, you will be given information about getting insurance for the festival.

*Each accepted vendor is required to have an Ohio Transient Vendor's License. Those without will be required to procure one prior to the festival.

*Each accepted vendor will receive 2 wrist bands ($180 value) for each 10' x 10' booth space with the option of purchasing an additional one (including double booths - only 1) for half price for the weekend.

* Each accepted vendor will be given only one parking pass per booth (including double booths) – oversized vehicles or vehicles with trailers are accepted upon approval of festival staff. Wrist bands and the parking pass will be given at check in on June 4th.

All those who are accepted will receive more information about load-in and out before the festival.

*NOTE: If you are a returning 2019 vendor you are expected to send photos/list including any new products. Be advised, we will be reviewing all returning vendors for acceptance into the festival.
