Filling out this form does not guarantee a space at our event. Our board will be review applications as they come in and if you are accepted, we will send over payment information and festival details.

TIME: 11AM - 4PM

LOCATION: Brooks Park - Newaygo MI (Waiting Approval - location may change)

APPLICATION TIMELINE:

Application Opens: NOVEMBER 1ST, 2025

Application Closes: APRIL 27TH, 2026

You'll be hearing from us throughout the process of these months, as we will be going through and reviewing as we receive them. You will hear from us no later than: May 1st, 2026.

Booth Information:

- Each vendor is allowed 10x10 space.

- You must supply your own tables, chairs, tents, etc. Newaygo Pride cannot provide these.

- Need special accommodations? Please let us know on this application.

- If you are accepted, you will receive a link via email to pay for the space. This is the final step of registration, and without a payment, your space is not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy:

Once the registration fee is received, your spot is secured. Newaygo Pride requires a minimum 30 day notice of cancellation prior to the festival to qualify for a refund. If you are unable to attend, we will consider your fee as a donation - at your request, we can provide a donation receipt.

Newaygo County Pride Festival Guidelines and Code of Conduct Agreement

Newaygo County Pride Festival is a welcoming event; having both time and space to come together with friends, family, and loved ones to celebrate the progress of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Our code of conduct is designed to ensure that the festival is a safe and accepting space for every participant/attendee and that everyone is treated with kindness, courtesy, and respect.

Decorum & Language Expression:

We will not tolerate any threatening, violent or offensive behavior, or derogatory remarks against participants, volunteers, staff, security personnel, and all attendees. Any individual found to be harassing or infringing on the bodily integrity of other participants will be asked to exit the event immediately.

Drug, Cigarette and Alcohol Usage:

Brooks Park in Newaygo maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of drugs, cigarettes, and alcohol. We kindly ask all attendees to respect and uphold this rule on park grounds throughout the event.

Clean-Up:

Please help us keep the park area! When you leave, please ensure that your space is both clear and free of debris. Trash cans are located around the park.

Newaygo County Pride will not be held liable for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged before, during, or after the event.

Newaygo County Pride reserves the right to change these rules as necessary to ensure the safety and convenience of all in attendance.

Failure to adhere to the above guidelines will make you ineligible to return in future events and may result in removal from the event.
