Filling out this form does not guarantee a space at our event. Our board will be review applications as they come in and if you are accepted, we will send over payment information and festival details.

TIME: 11AM - 4PM
LOCATION: Brooks Park - Newaygo MI (Waiting Approval - location may change)
APPLICATION TIMELINE:
Application Opens: NOVEMBER 1ST, 2025
Application Closes: APRIL 27TH, 2026
You'll be hearing from us throughout the process of these months, as we will be going through and reviewing as we receive them. You will hear from us no later than: May 1st, 2026.
Booth Information:
- Each vendor is allowed 10x10 space.
- You must supply your own tables, chairs, tents, etc. Newaygo Pride cannot provide these.
- Need special accommodations? Please let us know on this application.
- If you are accepted, you will receive a link via email to pay for the space. This is the final step of registration, and without a payment, your space is not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy:
Once the registration fee is received, your spot is secured. Newaygo Pride requires a minimum 30 day notice of cancellation prior to the festival to qualify for a refund. If you are unable to attend, we will consider your fee as a donation - at your request, we can provide a donation receipt.
