Please give us a general description of your church - i.e. what are the demographics like?  Where do you meet?  Are your members mature Christians or relatively young Christians? *

Are you familiar with a reformed, covenantal theology of women's ministries?  If so, can you write a few sentences to describe your understanding of this important philosophy? *

As we seek to establish a Discipling Partnership for your church, it's helpful for us to know if you have existing international relationships with churches and/or church planting/mission organizations.  Please list any churches/church planting organizations with which your church has established, meaningful relationships. *
Are you aware that the WMI Discipling Partnership Pathway process is intended to establish relationships and training opportunities that may continue for three to five years? *
As you consider establishing a WMI Discipling Partnership, are you able to identify a few mature women who might be willing to form a team for training and relationship with a women's ministry team in another country?  (We are not asking that you do so at this time, only trying to establish your level of confidence that we can pull a team together for this partnership.) *
