Responsibilities:
In general a WoAA board member should expect to dedicate 3-4 hours per week to WoAA events, including a biweekly WoAA board meeting.  The following provides a short description for each position:
Expansion Chair
The Expansion Chair is responsible for being the primary point of contact with university chapters.  They organize periodic meetings with university liaisons, provide materials to universities regarding how to start a chapter, and are responsible for sharing WoAA International information with all chapters. The Expansion Chair also helps to connect chapters to each other within the WoAA International network.
Professional Chair
The Professional Chair is responsible with interfacing with the WoAA members post-graduation from university.  They are the primary point of contact with professional AIAA chapters, organize events focused on professionals, and help organize volunteers for mentorship.  
Technical Development Chair
The Technical Development Chair is responsible for the growth of WoAA members' technical skills and opportunities.  They are the primary point of contact with AIAA Technical Committees, organize technical events for WoAA members, and are heavily involved with AIAA conference events for WoAA.
Professional Development Chair
The Professional Development Chair is responsible for the growth of WoAA members' professional skills and opportunities.  They provide professionally focused workshops, networking opportunities, and informational sessions for a variety of professional opportunities for WoAA.
Member Advancement Chair
The Member Advancement Chair is responsible for organizing opportunities for WoAA members to enhance their career growth.  They organize and advertise fellowship opportunities, internships, and job offerings for WoAA members.  They are in charge of maintaining a database with the relevant information.  
Outreach Chair
The Outreach Chair is responsible for coordinating K-12 outreach events for WoAA.  They are the primary point of contact for chapters to gather information on how to run local events.  They produce K-12 focused content to promote STEM and organize the WoAA pen pal program with high school students.  
DEI Chair
The Outreach Chair is responsible for coordinating diversity, equity and inclusion based initiatives for WoAA  They work closely with the Internal Vice Chair to support our diverse membership and promote a safe, inclusive environment within our organization.
