Application Form ADAM Summerschool 2023
The registrations are open! You can apply here to join the ADAM Summer School 2023 from 1st of July - 7th of July. In this form you can fill in your personal information and write your motivational letter.

Opening registrations: 16th of December 2022
Closing registrations: 16th of January 2023 or when we have reach 100 applications.

This year we will accept students in their second, third, fourth or fifth year of medical school.
We will take the first 100 applications into account.

Course fee:
International students: €750,-
Dutch students: €450*
Included: 
- Housing and breakfast for 7 days
- Lunch and dinner for six days
- Airport pick-up service
- Medical- & social programme. 
For Dutch students housing and breakfast is not included.

* For Dutch students who do not live in or close to Amsterdam, it is also possible to make use of the accommodation. In that case you will have to pay the international fee.

After the deadline for registration, we will go through all motivational letters and evaluate who will be able to participate in this Summerschool. You will receive an email whether you got selected or not.
After this email, you will be given two weeks to complete the payment. Otherwise we are unable to guarantee you a place in the ADAM Summer School. You will receive a second mail confirming your place when your payment is received.
