Girls Can Camp is an exciting hands-on camp featuring projects in carpentry, electrical and welding specialties. The camp is for girls currently in 8th-10th grades in the Shelby County School District. Camp dates are June 10-12 (8:00am-3:00pm) and will be held at the Career Technical Educational Center in Columbiana.

The application deadline is March 21st. If selected, students/parents will be notified by April 4th and a registration fee of $50 will be due by May 5th, or early-bird registration fee of $45 due by April 18th. Scholarships are available if financial assistance is needed.

Lunch and snacks will be provided each day. Students will take their projects home and receive a t-shirt, camp gift, and a completion certificate. If you have any questions, you may email Amy Lee at A2Lee@shelbyed.org.
