Report Form for ESN Finland's Code of Conduct

This form should be used to notify that an incident has occurred which violates ESN Finland's Code of Conduct. If an incident occurs during an ESN Finland event, it should be reported to the event's point of contact (normally the Chairing Team or other named points of contacts). This form is for reporting online incidents, or for events where you do not feel safe reporting to the point of contact. This form will be sent to the Arbitration Board members Toni Tamminen (toni.tamminen[at]esnfinland.eu), Daniela Mård (daniela.mard[at]esnfinland.eu) and Alberto Monroy Trujillo (alberto.monroy[at]esnfinland.eu). Reports relating to incidents that occur at a local level will be forwarded on to your Local Board to take further action, unless you tell us not to.
