Staging Area: Line-up is at 9 a.m. and Boats, classic cars, and miscellaneous entries are to line up in the High School parking area. Children will line up in the elementary school parking lot. Horse entries are to line up in the bus barn area. Entry numbers will be assigned at the locations on parade day. Waivers must be signed to be assigned a number:
ENTRY FEE: Any out-of-town entry, float or otherwise, will be charged a $25.00 entry fee. Horses, bands, local floats and antique/classic car entries are exempt from fees.
Deadline: If possible, all float entries should pre-register on this form (preferably) or by mail. Send entries to Durham Recreation and Park District, P.O. Box 364, Durham, CA 95938. If not possible, entries will be accepted until the Friday before the parade at 5pm. For more information, contact (530) 345-1921.
1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be announced and awarded to entrants at the Community Park. Any awards that are not claimed that day may be picked up in the Recreation and Park District office the following Monday.
