To respect the time of all attendees the board asks: * Speakers limit their presentations to three minutes as directed by the Board Chairman. The Board Clerk will signify the two-minute mark during the presentation.
* Any group of presenters speaking on the same subject should select one spokesperson to represent the group.
* Speakers are expected to be respectful; no offensive or inappropriate comments or language.
* The board reserves the right to limit the total time provided for discussion of a situation or topic.
* The board will listen to your presentation but may not answer the question or concern during that meeting. The board reserves the right to delay answering a concern to determine if further review is needed before their decision or resolution is made.
This completed form MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE FIRST THURSDAY OF THE MONTH AT NOON to be reviewed for the School Board Meeting held that month.
Forms received after the deadline will be reviewed for the School Board Meeting the next month.
