OutCloset is a low-to-no cost pop-up secondhand clothing shop that operates four times each year. For two days, we transform the OutFront office (340 S Rose Street) into a thrift shop for the LGBTQIA+ community. This service wouldn't be possible without volunteers, so thank you for expressing your interest! The next one is November 22 and 23, and we need help the week before and after the event! Volunteer blocks are available on dates between Wednesday, November 13 - Wednesday, November 27.

Please mark your availability, and an OutFront staff member will reach out to you to confirm your volunteer times with parking and location instructions.

Note: We welcome anyone to volunteer, however it should be noted that this role requires volunteers to stand and sometimes lift heavy boxes. Volunteers with the willingness and ability to transport items in their personal vehicles are much appreciated but not necessary for volunteer participation. If you have questions about what capabilities are needed from volunteers and/or know which accommodations you will need to perform these tasks, please list them in the last question.
