Puppy Adoption Application
When you are ready to add a Barberry Brook Labradoodle puppy to your family, please fill out the Puppy Adoption Application below. The information you share with us about you and your family will be used to help us assist you with selecting a puppy.

When you are ready to place a reservation for one of our puppies, please send a $500 deposit, along with a signed copy of the Health and Purchase Agreement. 

The remaining balance of $3000 plus Washington sales tax is due prior to arriving to take your puppy home.
