This form is should be filled out by people who want to sell items at our swap. Note that item spreadsheets are due on Thu before the swap at midnight. You can still come and sell if you don't submit the form, but it helps us prep.

I understand that the primary drop off for items to sell is on Friday at Base Camp from 5-7pm. There are other options as well (please see website).

All equipment must be clean of wax and mud. Skis must not have kick wax or storage wax on them! If possible, please use rubber bands to hold poles together and skis together.

Because we are trying to expedite our clean up process, it is highly recommended that you donate UNSOLD items to MyXC. You will be able to indicate this by item on your spreadsheet. *
If your items are more than 12 years old, it is HIGHLY recommended that you donate them outright (let us know up front they are a donation and then NO intake form is needed. You can drop and run!)
Clear selection
I understand that SNS Pilot skis and boots are outmoded and worth very little. They should be sold cheaply and donated at the end of the sale if unsold. MyXC will NOT accept this equipment into the swap unless it is indicated that you will donate the unsold items.

I understand that no proceeds checks will be issued on Saturday. MyXC will mail checks within 10 days of the sale. MyXC retains a commission of 15%. Please keep in mind that this is our major fundraiser and supports programming for over 4000 skiers.

If I have valuable items that I would like to retrieve if they do not sell, I will return to Base Camp to pick them up after the Swap on Saturday between 2:00 - 2:30pm or send some one to do it for me. We will not answer questions regarding sales over the phone or via email. We are under time constraints to clean up and vacate Base Camp.
