The Workforce 2030 Summit is not your average conference. It’s a high-energy, hands-on event built for doers and dreamers, a place where leaders from across sectors unite to tackle the real challenges shaping our region’s workforce. From closing skill gaps and strengthening talent development pathways to advancing inclusive hiring practices and expanding access to meaningful opportunities, this is where bold ideas turn into practical solutions.

Throughout the day, you'll be guided through an interactive experience where you will have the chance to move from insight to action by mapping out tangible ideas, pressure-testing them with peers, and identifying collaborators and next steps.

💡 Idea Incubator funds will be awarded to selected projects developed at the Summit to help bring cross-sector ideas to life.

🆕 New this year:
All Workforce 2030 Summit attendees are invited to reconvene for Ballots and Brunch on October 10, 2025, from 8:30 to 11:00 AM, as we build on the momentum of the Summit and continue working together to make Lancaster County a work-ready community by 2030.

🤝 This follow-up event will provide continued opportunities for networking and connection across sectors.
🎤 Attendees will hear presentations from Idea Incubator finalists and
🗳️ cast their vote to determine which proposal will receive funding to bring their innovative solution to life.

Together, we’ll identify ways to leverage our collective expertise, resources, and networks to drive forward the shared vision of a thriving, work-ready Lancaster County.
