Exhibit and Resource Hall Request Form
Many community members have materials/resources that they want to share with others in a more informal setting. The Exhibit and Resource Hall offers an opportunity to make information available throughout the conference with a few designated times wherein exhibit designers can be available to interact with conference participants, if they so choose.

If you are interested in using space in the Exhibit and Resource Hall, please complete the Exhibit and Resource Hall Request Form, below, with as much information as possible. In addition to creating space for exhibits and resources and materials, we will also list all exhibits and presenters in the Conference Booklet. Presenters who were accepted to present Posters (during the Proposal Submission process) do not need to complete an Exhibit and Resource Hall Request Form.

The Exhibit and Resource Hall will be open for the duration of the conference and is an opportunity for conference participants to display their scholarly and creative work in visual form, as well as share program information and resources (e.g., books and publications, program guides and resources, visual art, etc.). It is anticipated that each presenter in the Exhibit and Resource Hall will share the full table with another presenter/group (i.e., each group will have access to ½ of a 6-foot table). Space will be allocated as equitably as possible.

For more information on what support is available for displaying and designing posters as well as recommendations on “how to create a conference poster” see our Guide for Posters and Exhibits.

All Exhibit and Resource Hall Requests must be received by 11:59PM EST on September 30, 2019.
