2018 Oct & Nov DAS Webinars Registration
The AHA Education Committee resumes Digital Archives Specialist (DAS) webinars this fall for those who are interested in pursuing the DAS Certificate from SAA and/or are involved with born-digital and other electronic records. Many thanks to Punahou School Archivist Kylee Mar for having her institution host the webinars. Seating is limited to 20 participants.

Webinar #1: User Experience Design and Digital Archives
Date: Saturday, OCTOBER 27, 2018
Time: 9 to 11 a.m.

Webinar #2: Providing Access to Born-Digital Archives
Date: Saturday, NOVEMBER 3, 2018
Time: 9 to 11 a.m.

Each webinar will be $15 and can be paid via PayPal or check. If you intend to pursue the DAS Certificate, you will need to pass the examinations associated with each course. There is a separate cost to the exam and is NOT included in the cost of the webinar. If you decide to pay by PayPal, an invoice will be sent to you after you complete and submit your registration form. For those paying by check, please make the checks payable to Association of Hawai'i Archivists. Checks will be collected on the day of the webinar viewing.

After submitting registration, An invoice will be sent to you. Board member Nicki Garces will send confirmation emails as well as the electronic copies of the slide handouts, and other subsequent emails to you. Please direct any questions to her at nicolita.garces@gmail.com.
