Residents of U.S. states with consumer privacy laws (“you”) can use this form to exercise privacy rights applicable to you. This includes your right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information,  meaning you can direct Hudl to stop making your personal information available to third parties for purposes such as advertising, and your right to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to only those purposes permitted by law, such as providing you with the services you requested.

You may also use this form to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, as described in the Hudl U.S. State-Specific Privacy Policy and the Hudl Privacy Policy. 

You may use this form to exercise privacy rights as to your own personal information, or on behalf of another individual if you are their parent, legal guardian, or authorized agent. You cannot use this form to make requests on behalf of a team, club, school, or other organization.

You do not need a Hudl account to submit this form. Exercising your rights will not result in discriminatory treatment or a lower quality of service. You do not need to verify your identity to opt out of sales/sharing or to limit the use of sensitive personal information, though identity verification may be required for access, correction, and deletion requests.
