We opened our doors in November of 2016 and have been steadily growing ever since! We have the best regular customers, and newcomers each week! We are searching for new talent to grow along with us. The ideal candidate should not only have a strong back, and fantastic culinary skills but also the willingness to accept the challenges of sourcing locally.

Expectations:

1. Manage the daily production, preparation and presentation of all food for the UxLocale and to ensure a quality, and a consistent product.

2. Prepares menu items according to recipes, criteria, cooking procedures, food safety, and sanitation procedures, and plate presentation ensuring proper execution of dishes resulting in high quality and consistent product.

3. Ready and willing to assist fellow team members

4. Clearly understands correct procedures in serving guests with allergens

5. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift

6. Knowledge of various cooking methods always adheres to company food handling, safety and sanitation procedures and handles and stores product properly, breakdown and close kitchen following a checklist at the end of service
