A BIM portfolio built across 3 real projects — villa, office building, and mixed-use development (High rise tower and Masterplan project is an option for student as final capstone project). Hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC/Forma, Dynamo and key professional add-ins. Full working knowledge of ISO 19650 — now being mandated on Indian infrastructure projects. Experience running clash detection and coordination meetings the way MNCs actually do it. Mock interview preparation, CV review and LinkedIn audit. And a 90-day career action plan personalised to your target role.
