Upon registration, valid credit card information must be provided and kept on file. Upon submittal of this form, you will be sent a secure link via text to add your credit card information to your account. Alternatively, you can call and provide a credit card over the phone or come in person. Payment for Tuition is non-refundable, Annual Registration Fee of $75 per student is due upon enrollment (unless student qualifies for rollover registration), and will be charged to the credit card on file unless otherwise indicated. Prorated August Tuition is due upon enrollment. Registration Fee and Tuition must be paid before a student is permitted to attend class. Any students with unpaid August Tuition and/or Registration Fee as of close-of-business on August 17, 2024, will be dropped from their classes and their spot in class will not be reserved.

Beginning September 1, 2024, all tuition will be billed on the 1st of each month (unless another re-occurring date is arranged) for an 11-month contract period. Tuition fees are monthly based (not weekly), regardless of how many lessons per month. No months are prorated with the exception of the initial month, if applicable. Tuition is not refundable, nor transferable. No tuition adjustments or credits are given for missed classes.

All tuition is due on the 1st of the month.

Automatic Tuition Payment is the preferred method of payment, whereas your monthly tuition dues will be automatically charged to your credit card on file. Automatic monthly tuition payments shall be charged to the credit card provided, on the 1st day of each month for the upcoming month of dance instruction. All other fees, e.g., choreography, costumes, private lessons, etc. will be charged when incurred or otherwise due.

Manual Tuition Payments are due on the 1st day of each month. You will be required to have tuition for the upcoming month paid for prior to the 1st of each month. Payments not received by the 1st will be charged to the credit card on file.

Declined payments or accounts with payment information not of file will incur a $25 late fee. Acceptable forms of payment are: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Check, Debit Cards (with a Visa or Master Card logo on them), cash, or check. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks or insufficient funds.

Upon class enrollment, students are expected to complete the dance year. Fourteen (14) days written notice is required to discontinue any class. A withdrawal form must be filled out by the parent and submitted to the front desk. Your account will remain active and payments will continue to be processed until withdrawal procedures have been followed.
