Please complete this form to apply for a scholarship for the 2024 NYS Farm to School Summit. Scholarship tickets are offered at 50% discount, and pay for Thursday and Friday Summit registration. Attendees will be responsible for paying for the other half of the conference fee. Pre-conference field trips and merch should be purchased separately on Whova. Scholarship tickets are available to those who are employed by an organization that is not able to cover the cost of the ticket, for individuals who may have to pay out of pocket, or for those who would otherwise not be able to attend the summit. We will be accepting a limited number of scholarships on a rolling basis, and someone will be in touch after the form is received.
