For diplomas, each student’s legal first, middle, and last name in Aeries will be used, as the diploma is a legal document. Alias names (nicknames) in Aeries will not be used. For the graduation program and announcement of names at the ceremony, each student’s first and last name listed in Aeries will be used. Alias names (nicknames) in Aeries will not be used unless a preferred name is listed on this Google Form by Monday, October 7, 2024. We ask that seniors verify their name along with residence and mailing addresses on the Aeries Demographics page and complete this Google Form by Monday, October 7, 2024. To find the first, middle, and last name in the Aeries portal, choose the Student Information tab and use the drop down to choose the Demographics page. For assistance updating names and addresses, if needed, please email student.services@ocsarts.net.
