In an effort to address the needs of our community, Spirit of the Sun requests that you complete this online form before coming to collect it at the food share. Responses are voluntary and confidential. Your email is requested so that you can get a copy of your responses. For additional information about our data collection and data removal, requests can be sent to contact@spiritofthesun.org

SOTS is currently not accepting any new delivery requests. Please pickup at our office location at 1400 N Williams St between 2:30 to 4:00, Friday afternoons. Email laya@spiritofthesun.org to confirm the date you will be picking up. It is your responsibility to confirm your submission and pickup date
