Option 1 (preferred): splitting usage between 2-3 individuals or organizations, ideally ones who may also want to book monthly hours at the Loft. We'd work with you to bundle upstairs/downstairs access for a custom monthly cost. Price on downstairs shares only: $450-900/mo, based on $1,800/mo rent for all three rooms (final cost depends on number of shares).
Option 2: Co-working space for 10 members max, either as office-only or office + studio space, with optional storage (TBC based on applications). If the large room remains a studio, exclusive use would be possible for short-term projects, as long as it doesn't interfere with others. Pricing: $10/hr with 20-hr minimum per month. Drop-ins at $15/hr will be possible based on availability, but preference goes to monthly users. Loft access & booking discount applies to monthly users only.
Also open to some combination of both options: please let us know your needs and budget, and we'll craft the best solution for everyone.
More on our location: walking distance to all trains at Atlantic-Pacific, plus A/C at Hoyt-Schemerhorn and F/G at Bergen. Eateries and amenities just blocks away in all directions (Brooklyn's best restaurant rows: 5th Ave in Park Slope, Smith St in Carroll Gardens). Gyms and activities within a few blocks; a park and pool across the street; coffee shop one block away.
