Joining our Self-Perform team is a great way to learn a new trade and enter a path to an ever-growing, successful career. Individuals who join this team must be eager to learn all aspects of the concrete, asphalt, grading and drainage lines of work.
For this role, the Milliken team is seeking candidates who are self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and will take initiative to do what it takes to get the job done. There must be a level of comfort in operating machinery, and tolerance for working in outdoor conditions. This will be a year-round, full-time position. Hours will vary, as schedules change due to evolving conditions and factors.
