School Closure Day Registration & Payment Information

Based on the BSD calendar and individual school calendars, the full list of school closure days for the year is provided below. You do not need to select all your desired dates at once for the entire year.

We recommend submitting this form on a monthly basis, as we understand that family plans may change. However, please note that the form must be submitted at least one week in advance, along with payment for the selected days.

Spots are limited, and registration will be confirmed only after payment is received.Ā Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Payment Information

Ā  * For all other students: $70 per day

Ā  * Optional lunch: $6 per day

I give permission for my child to participate in field trips organized by Goodtime Chinese School, including transportation on school vans and supervised walking excursions in the neighborhood.

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Goodtime Chinese School to call an ambulance and/or transport my child to a nearby medical facility or hospital for treatment at my expense. I understand that in most emergencies, 911 will be contacted and my child will be taken to the nearest hospital by emergency personnel. I will be notified as soon as possible.
