Complete this form to request a change in your Spring 2026 course requests/schedule.

Requests to change a level of a course will be accepted during the month of December and from January 5-14, 2026. 
 
It is the counselor's goal to make the change as soon as possible, but during high volume times, such as, the beginning of the year and at the end of the first semester, the change could take longer.

If the request is made in December, please check Skyward for an updated schedule.  Otherwise, follow your current schedule until you are contacted by the counseling office or until your schedule is updated on Skyward.
