AEENA 2026-27 Membership Form

Please complete this form to renew your current membership, join as a new member, or make an on-line donation using PayPal.

- Complete one form per address/household. List all adults (over 18) who would like to become members on the “Name(s)” line. We ask for your address to confirm you live within AEENA boundaries; we ask for your email address so we can confirm your membership and let you know about neighborhood happenings.

- Paying dues or making a donation is not required for membership. However, we do ask that you consider making a donation to support AEENA’s activities

- Suggested cash/check donations: $5 per adult in household. Suggested on-line donations: $6 per adult to cover PayPal fees. Suggested business donation: $35 cash/check, $36 PayPal

For cash or check payments, a mailing address will be sent to your email address after you submit your membership form. Make checks payable to “AEENA”
