Cedar Grove Public Library Patron Survey - August 2017
The Cedar Grove Public Library, established in 1965, offers programs for children, teens and adults. The library has a circulation of books - audio and print, magazines, DVDs, access to digital downloads through hoopla and access to museum tickets. The purpose for this survey is to ascertain how the library is used today and how it could be used in the future. We would appreciate your taking a few minutes to answer the following questions. All answers will be kept confidential. If, however you wish to provide your contact information for follow-up if we have questions regarding your answers, please do so at the end of the survey.
