Broadway Upstate bills monthly instead of by semester.
The billing for BUSOPA (Broadway Upstate School of Performing Arts) is Monthly. We take the total weeks in a semester and divide by 5 equal payments(Jan, Feb, Mar, April, May)*.Semester 2 is 20 weeks x1-60 minute class($15/class)=$300/5 payments(Jan, Feb, Mar, April, May) = $60/month.
For the Winter/Spring 2019 semester bills will be emailed and due on the 10th of each month( January, February, March, April, May). First Month payment due when you register and a Registration Fee of $25*(Only if you are new this semester). Also $25 Performance fee due in January for every student planning to perform in our show June 15th. You receive your bill via email within 24 hrs once this form is completed.We email bills well in advance and they are due on the 10th so please pay on time. After that you will incur a late fee of $5 per day that your bill is late unless other arrangements have been made ahead of time. There are no refunds for classes you don’t attend. Classes will be made up if cancelled for bad weather. *Just because we bill you monthly you still must commit to the whole semester.
Class Rates are as follows45 minute class: $12/class60 Minute Class:$15/class75 Minute Class: $18/class90 Minute Class: $21/Class
If the same student takes a 2nd class that class is discounted 10%If the same student takes a 3rd class that class is discounted 15%If the same student takes a 4th class that class is discounted 20%If the same student take a 5th class that class is discounted 25%
Example: Gabriella takes ballet and tap (2-60 minute classes)1 st Billing Date Jan 10 1st Class $60/month 2nd Class $54/month Monthly Fee:$114/month except January would be $139 due to $25 performance fee.
Performance fee (per student) $25 is due January 14th, 2019.
The class year is split into 3 Semesters.
1. September 10-December 21 2018 (14 Week Session) 2. January 14-June 14, 2019 (20 Weeks)PERFORMANCE at The Strand June 15th 2pm and 7pm 3. July and August Summer Session July 8-August 23(7 Weeks)
