*We require orders are placed at least 4 days in advance of your pick up date (i.e. if you submit your form on the 1st, the soonest you can pick up will be the 5th)

*If ordering more than one cake or pie, a separate form must be completed for each

*Please note - you should receive an email with a copy of your order. This serves as confirmation your order was received. If you do not receive an email with your order information, please email orders@homesweetcone.com.

*We now require payment online for custom cakes and pies. Please look for an email from SwipeSimple with an invoice which can be paid online and required before pick up.
