PPS Membership Application, 2024-2025
Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Pre-Pharmacy Society at UCLA!

To become a member, you must submit this application and pay your annual $20 membership dues by 11:59 pm on Week 3 Thursday, April 17th. Membership is valid for the entire 2024-2025 academic year.

To become an active member, you must additionally attend 3 general meetings (one must be a social) and earn 1 volunteer point. Volunteer points are earned by flyering during Weeks 1-2, helping out at an in-person fundraiser, donating to a PPS restaurant partnership, or attending any other pre-approved PPS event.
