AC Fees:
€ 325 (1st registration period: December 1, 2019 - January 31, 2020)
€ 350 (2nd registration period: February 1, 2020 - March 31, 2020)

IMPORTANT: After submitting this form, you will receive an e-mail WITHIN 24 HOURS confirming your registration form was submitted successfully. The confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the Liaison Secretary of the Member Association you chose in the registration form.

If you did not receive an e-mail within 24 hours after submitting, or if you have any other question or comment, please contact our registration officer (Mounia ACHRAF).

The reimbursement terms will be as follows:
- In case of cancellation before January 20, 2020, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation between January 21st and February 20, 2020, 25% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- As of February 21st, 2020, the registration fee will not be refunded.

The above terms of cancellation are applicable in all circumstances, also if your visa application is rejected by your respective embassy.
Replacements or name changes will be handled as cancellations.
The RC reserves the right to derogate from each of these terms on a case-by-case basis
