Species for the MetaboLights Reference Layer (only click where you are interested)
MetaboLights is a database for Metabolomics experiments and derived information. The database is cross-species, cross-technique and covers metabolite structures and their reference spectra as well as their biological roles, locations and concentrations, and experimental data from metabolic experiments.

Choose the species that you would like to see in our metabolomics reference layer. We aim to concentrate as much existing metabolism knowledge -- small molecules, reactions, pathways -- as possible for a selected number of organisms. We would initially like to focus on some key organisms that are most relevant for the metabolomics community. Pick as many species as you would like, denoting your level of interest. You don't need to click for every species, only those that you're interested in.
