The Mail Cache Online Forwarding Request Form
Below is the form to request to have your mail forwarded.

Mail can be forwarded Monday-Friday. All requests received on the weekend will be forwarded the following Monday. All requests received by 1:00pm (Monday-Friday) Alaska time will be completed that day. All requests submitted later in the day will be completed the following business day.

All forwarding requests and mailboxes must be paid in full before the mail will be forwarded. If payment is required and a credit card is not on file, we will contact you via phone or email for payment before the mail is sent.

As of April 2020, The Mail Cache requires all forwarding customers to submit their requests either through this form or by emailing sales@mailcache.com.

All price estimates are based off of flat envelopes weighing 15 ounces or less. Prices vary wildly when dealing with heavier and/or bulkier mail. If you want us to send you a quote first, please ask for it in the special instruction section below.

US Post Office 2-3 Day Express 2-3 and FedEx requests must be submitted by 11am Alaska time, Monday - Friday, in order to guarantee the speed of delivery. Express and Overnight requests received after 11am will have an additional day of travel when shipping domestically. 

International shipping: When shipping internationally, the prices go up drastically for all services and transit times vary based on location and shipping service. If you want us to send you a quote first, please ask for it in the special instruction section below.
Do you want tracking?
Including tracking automatically makes postage prices start at $4.75, and then increases per weight, size and location of shipment. By selecting "yes" customers are liable for the additional costs. If left blank, no tracking will be applied, unless the items being forwarded to the customer have already arrived at The Mail Cache with tracking.
