The purpose of this agreement is to form an affiliation with Dress for Success San Jose. Both parties agree to facilitate the provision of services to all enrolled clients in order to empower women who seek employment.

Partner Program Agrees to the Following:
I. Refer female clients responsibly to Dress for Success San Jose in accordance with Dress for Success San Jose policy and procedures. *

II. Partner Program agrees to send Dress for Success San Jose an updated listing of staff members who have referring authority at the beginning of the calendar year. *

III. Contact Dress for Success San Jose regarding any client special needs that require accommodation. *

In return, Dress for Success San Jose agrees to provide professional attire and career development services to clients with dignity and respect and act in a professional manner at all times. In addition, Partner Program Agency name will be listed as Partner Program on the Dress for Success San Jose website.
