2. CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event that a participant cannot attend the following applies:
- Retreat, tickets are transferable to a different party.
Cancellations made:
- More than 60 days prior to the Retreat will receive a 95% refund.
- Between 30 and 60 days prior to the Retreat will receive a 50% refund.
- Between 0 - 29 days prior to the Retreat will receive a 25% refund.

Refund amounts may be redeemed in cash or used for other services and future trainings.

The above terms apply even if presented with a Covid Certificate. Please practice caution in the weeks leading up to the retreat.

By completing this form and paying your fee, you agree to all the terms listed above.



3. ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES:
In addition to our main schedule, you will also have the option to book:
i. A 30 minute Oracle / Tarot Reading for 55 Euros or N$900 (limited slots available)
ii. A 1 hour Integrated Energy Healing & Body Work Session for 111 Euros or N$1800 (limited slots available)
