Plank along with the Plank Training Club during this challenging plank training drill. Led by Awesome Angie Engstrom, certified personal trainer, fitness professional, and champion of your well-being.

If you've never done a plank accumulation challenge before (and most likely you haven't) it's simple. Go up and down in the plank pose as many times as you need over the allotted time. There are no limits or minimums. Do what you can. Keep track. And be proud. Keep participating in these challenges and you will see growth over time. Show up live and benefit from the unified energy.

This particular event -- you choose your level.
Set your intention to one of the three time slots, and remember, you are going up and down in a forearm plank pose until one of these ending lines of choice.
10 minutes, 20 minutes, or 30 minutes.
