Bank Letter

Bank Letters may be requested via the below form. Give the CUSA Clubs office a few days to create and e-mail or the letter. They will confirm with you when the letter has been emailed. If you have concerns, please email the Student Groups Administrator at clubs@cusaonline.ca

Once you have the bank letter and if both signing authorities are prepared to meet at the Scotiabank located on campus at 1125 Colonel By Drive (Patterson Hall), Ottawa, you can arrange a meeting with a Scotiabank representative.
