Event Indemnity: The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Event Organizer, its sponsors, partners, affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the Participant’s involvement in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to personal injury, property damage, or breach of conduct, except where such claims result from the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Organizer or its Sponsors.
