To take part in the Exhibition, you will need to pay a Participation fee. If you receive an email confirming that your application has been accepted, the fee must be paid within 3 working days from receiving the confirmation. In case of failure to pay the fee within the specified period, the application will be considered canceled. The fee is calculated individually, based on illustrator’s wishes and the number of confirmed illustrations.
The participation fee consists of two parts:1. Registration fee — 65 euro, which includes: — rent for 1 running meter of the exhibition stand for 3 Festival days (1 width x 2.5 height); — a printed spread in the Catalogue and the Catalogue itself; — an individual non-transferable entrance ticket for all 3 days of the Festival; — participant certificate.2. Сost of printing, frames (for frame examples follow the link: https://clck.ru/FWtcg) and passepartout (colors to choose: ivory, dark chocolate brown (warm color), grey (cold color).
Sizes and costs of frames available:— 24х33 cm frame, including illustration print and passepartout, costs 3 euro. Maximum size of the illustration: 210x300 mm (without passepartout) and 170x260 mm (with passepartout). The illustration size may range within specified limits. A number of frames for one stand: from 2 to 9 pieces;
— 33х43 cm frame, including illustration print and passepartout, costs 4 euro.Maximum size of illustration: 300x400 mm (without passepartout) and 260x360 mm (with passepartout). The illustration size may range within specified limits. A number of frames for one stand: from 2 to 6 pieces;
— 43х53 cm frame, including illustration print and passepartout, costs 6 euro. Maximum size of the illustration: 320x400 mm (with passepartout). The illustration size can be ranged in specified limits, a number of frames for one stand: from 2 to 4 pieces.
One participant cannot occupy more than one Exhibition space.
After the end of the festival, on October 6th, between 21:00 and 24:00, participants may collect their illustrations together with the frames. Four more additional dates in October and November will be announced, in which illustrators will be able to collect their framed prints from storage in Moscow. In case the frames remain uncollected, the festival team will dispose of them to their own accord.The Festival will not be delivering the frames by post; however, during the four days assigned for collection illustrators may arrange for a courier to come and pick the frames up for them.
Illustrators may be offered to leave some of their works in the Festival management's care for further exhibiting purposes.
Artworks Exhibited at the Festival will be published in a Catalogue along with the creator's name and contact details. Please be warned that the Catalogue may include not all, but only some of each illustrator's works. Every participant will receive a copy of the Catalogue; multiple copies will also be distributed to Russian and foreign publishing houses. Moreover, electronic version of the Catalogue will later be forwarded to a list of more than 800 Russian and foreign publishers.
Jury will select two winners at the Festival. The winners’ works will be displayed at the Festival's satellite exhibition next year (2029).
