This form provides us with the necessary information to reserve your required BWCAW entry permit. Entry permits are always based upon availability. In addition to the following information, you will need to pay your deposit before we can reserve your permit. If you have not received a Deposit Invoice, then we will email you a Deposit Invoice when we receive your answers to this Trip Registration Form.

Alternate Trip Leaders (Optional)
Entry permits may only be issued to a Trip Leader or Alternate Trip Leader listed when the entry permit is reserved. Thus, it is wise to list at least one Alternate Trip Leader because sometimes plans change and you could be unable to do the trip for some unforeseen reason. Up to three Alternate Trip Leaders may be listed. The only information required for Alternate Trip Leaders is a name and phone number. Entry permits are issued at our shop either the day before your trip launches or the day your trip launches.

Tax-exempt non-profit organization exception: A non-profit with official tax-exempt status may reserve up to three permits annually in the name of the organization, and the permits may be issued to anyone who can prove affiliation with the organization. When reserving a permit associated with a non-profit organization, the non-profit organization's name, address and a contact person (Indicate the contact person as the Trip Leader) for the organization is required.
