Child Care Needs Assessment

Thank you for taking time to complete the Racine County Child Care Survey. This survey is intended for parents and caregivers living and/or working in Racine County, Wisconsin. The survey is brief with mostly multiple-choice questions and should take about 10 minutes to complete.

 Survey purpose:

 1) Learn about the child care experiences of parents and caregivers in Racine County and how child care impacts your job, home life, and personal finances.

 2) Share survey results with elected officials and community leaders to advocate for improvements to the child care system. Individual survey responses will remain confidential and will not be shared separately. 

How your responses will be used:

Higher Expectations will only report combined results across all respondents. Please note that written comments or quotes from open-ended questions may be used publicly to help illustrate the need to strengthen the child care system. No names or identifying information will be included. Your email address is NOT automatically being collected, but you may provide it, if you would like a summary of the survey results.
