To register Athletes in your delegation for this event, complete the form below by providing each athlete's event and qualifying score. This registration form will allow you to register 10 athletes at a time. Delegations that are larger than 10 athletes will be required to submit this form again (there will be a link to "Submit another Response" once you submit this form). Delegations are required to provide qualifying scores for all events their athletes compete in. Qualifying scores should be obtained by completing the required training and will be used to properly division events by age and ability. All measurements must be in METRIC.

You will need the following information to complete this registration process:
o HOD Name/Email
o Athlete: Gender, Date of Birth, Event and Qualifying Score

Athletes may register for up to three events plus a relay. If an athlete registers for more than three individual events, they will be dropped from the easiest event.
IMPORTANT: Athletes may participate in only two of these 3 events: Softball Throw, 50M Run, or Standing Long Jump. Athletes in the Running Long Jump must be able to jump 1 meter to make it into the sand. Athletes with a mile time over 12 minutes are encouraged to register for a shorter distance (800M, 400M, or 200M) due to time constraints. Athletes in the Shot Put may not compete in the Softball Throw; and athletes in the Running Long Jump may not compete in the Standing Long Jump. Athletes competing in Motor Activities events are not eligible to compete in the traditional events.

At any time during this process you can always select the "Back" button (bottom of the form, to the left of the "Next" button) to go back and review/edit the data that you completed prior to your current section. Once this form is completed entirely and submitted (click "Submit" on the last section) the HOD will receive an email (to the email provided) with a PDF confirmation of you submitted. Changes to what your Delegation submitted can be made up until 2 weeks prior to the event, the sooner the better! Please Email Christina Ehrhard, tina.specialo@gmail.com, with changes.

Athletes must have a current Athlete Medical and Consent/Release on file with SOMaine prior to March 13th in order to be properly registered for this event. To check on your athletes medical and consent information contact Mike Littlefield, mikel@somaine.org or 207-879-0489. Blank Medical and Consent Forms can be downloaded by going to: www.somaine.org/sports/athlete-resources/. Medicals remain current for three years and the release is good forever (or until updated). The Release form was recently update in 2017. Any athlete with a Release form signed prior to January 1st, 2017 must submit a new updated consent.
