PLEASE NOTE: ALL VENDORS MUST ARRIVE 100% SELF CONTAINED AND ASSIST IN KEEPING THE VENDOR AREA CLEAN AT ALL TIMES FOR PATRONS.

Market Vendors will be outside by the race bleachers. They will be required to set up and take down their spot each day. Vendors must be fully set up by 10am Friday, 9am Saturday and 9am Sunday 

VENDORS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM SELLING ALCOHOL. All items need to be submitted for approval

Fees: Vendor fees are dependent on your type of booth
Trinkets/ Tastings: $150 (food samples - which must be sealed, coffee cups, jewelry etc)
$100 tent rental
WORKING, CAMPING, & EVENT PASS INFORMATION
1. Each vendor will receive 2 vendor WORKING passes – these DO NOT get your staff into the concerts. Each additional vendor pass is $35.00

2. Each vendor pass comes with one camp spot. This is not beside your rig but close to. This will be where your in and out vehicle must be parked.

3. If you wish to purchase concert passes for your staff for the weekend, those can be purchased at $40.00 per person.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Each vendor will be contacted after the initial application has been received. If you have been accepted, we will let you know where your location will be, along with a daily schedule closer to the event.

Should your application be accepted, we will send you a credit card authorization form to fill out to secure your spot. Please note, that your spot is not 100% confirmed until your payment has been received. Please note that NO ALCOHOL is permitted to be sold at the Mudfest event.

Our vendor market is an outdoor, day time market. All vendors are encouraged to remove items from their booths once the concerts begin and re set in the morning.
