About the event
Staged on Sunday 25th October at San Klement Family Park, Together We Shine is a single-day all-ages event that shines a light on the work of Maltese and Gozitan voluntary organisations, and connects them with the wider community. It is about connection, exploration, and fun for all ages.
The specific timings of the event are TBC, though it will running during the day into the late afternoon.

About hosting a stall
You are invited to host a stall in our market area. You can use your stall to sell goods to raise funds for your organisation while also promoting your work to the public. Goods for sale could be anything from hand crafted and artisanal items, toys, cards, books, or your organisation’s merchandise. The more relevant to your cause, the better.
*Note that food cannot be sold at the event unless you are a certified food producer and abide by the rules of the FSSA.
Expectations
- engage with the public in a family-friendly way that effectively highlights your cause
- be able to collect payments and provide receipts for any items sold
- have enough staff / volunteers to front your stall during the entirety of the event
What MCVS will provide
- A table, two chairs, and a shelter. Electricity on request.
- If you require extra hands to support your activity, an MCVS volunteer could be able to assist – notify us in the ‘Extra volunteers’ question below.
- We will lead an extensive marketing campaign for the event
Next steps
We will review all applications once they close on August 14th, and will be in touch in early September with the outcomes. If your participation is confirmed, we will ask you to sign a short agreement letter.
