NO REFUNDS FOR THE EVENTS.
If there's an issue on the event date contact us at least one day prior to the event and we'll gladly credit you for a future event date. 

All display materials, tables and chairs are the responsibility of the individual vendors. Vendors or vendor representative must be at/near your space at all times during the duration of the event to ensure your items don't get lost or stolen. Night Market Harvard is not responsible for any item(s) lost or stolen.

Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made via email to helloopenmarketandevents@gmail.com . Cancellations made 7 days (or more) before the event are fully refundable. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, but can be applied towards a future event. In the event of an unforeseen market cancellation due to reasons beyond our control, we will honor vendor registrations and payments towards the next market date. *
